Matcha Pisco

Have been creative recently and made my own version of Matcha Pisco.



  • 1.5 oz matcha and pisco infusion

  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur

  • 0.5 oz pineapple & tarragon syrup (I used jack fruit instead for extra exoticness

  • 1 oz lemon

  • 1 egg white


Combine with ice, shake vigorously and pour immediately into a coupe glass so the top foam is thick. The notes of jack fruit, orange, tarragon balance well with matcha. Buy top grade matcha which tends to taste less grassy.
